Synopsis:

"Fire Sale" is a document about a garage-cleaning art sale held by Minneapolis artist JAO. In order to clear space for new work, JAO sells her art for fire sale prices, and unsold pieces are ceremonially burned. JAO talks about her work and about the need to burn some of it. People attending the sale also talk about the art and about the burning of art.
